Corvinus Nemzetközi Befektetési Zrt. has agreed to sell its 15% minority stake in Erste Bank Hungary Zrt. to Erste Group Bank AG. Erste Bank Hungary Zrt. is a universal commercial bank and one of the largest players in the Hungarian market in terms of total assets and disbursed loans. The bank provides a wide range of financial products and services to its retail and corporate customers – including investment, bauspar and real estate brokerage. During the transaction Deloitte provided valuation and transaction structuring services to the seller.
