Hungary’s second-largest lender MBH Bank Nyrt. signed an agreement to purchase 76.35% stake in home savings bank Fundamenta-Lakáskassza Zrt. from Bausparkasse Schwäbisch Hall AG (51.25%), Bausparkasse Wüstenrot AG (13.63%) and Wüstenrot & Württembergische AG (11.47%). During the transaction Deloitte provided sell-side deal management services to the Sellers.
