Rézangyal Kft. has sold the Rézangyal brand to Coca‑Cola HBC. Deloitte acted as financial advisor to Coca‑Cola HBC.

"Since 2005, Rézangyal Kft. has been producing and distributing premium-quality pálinka. Under the agreement between Rézangyal Kft. and CCHBC, the rights to the Rézangyal brand will be transferred to a company within the CCHBC group. Deloitte provided transaction advisory services to CCHBC. The two companies are now exploring the possibility of extending their collaboration to the production side as well."
