Pannon Green Power Kft.

E.ON Energia Infrastruktúra Szolgáltatások Kft., a Hungary based energy infrastructure development, operation, and energy storage system operator company, has entered into an agreement with Pannon Green Power Kft., a Hungarian power plant developer and operator to acquire 100% ownership in Pannon Green Power TSL1 Kft., a project company holding the first operating Battery Energy Storage System (5 MW AC) ever offered for sale in Hungary.

The transaction was closed in January 2026. Deloitte acted as the exclusive financial and legal transaction advisor to the Seller throughout the process.
