Corvinus Nemzetközi Befektetési Zrt. entered into an agreement with 4iG Távközlési Holding Zrt. for the sale of its 29.4982% minority stakes in One Magyarország Zrt. and V-Hálózat Távközlési Zrt. (formerly together: Vodafone Magyarország Zrt.). The transaction also includes a capital increase in 4iG Távközlési Holding Zrt. through the contribution in kind of the resulting purchase price receivable. Deloitte provided transaction management and deal structuring services to the seller.
