Bonafarm Group, one of Hungary’s largest agricultural and food industry integrators has reached an agreement with the Dutch Royal FrieslandCampina, one of the world’s leading dairy producers, to acquire its Romanian operations, including the leading local dairy brand Napolact and the production facilities in Cluj-Napoca and Târgu Mureș. Deloitte acted as the exclusive financial and tax advisor to Bonafarm Group. The transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals.
