Deloitte and Deloitte Legal acted as financial and legal advisors to Wellis Magyarország Zrt. in the issue of bonds under the "Bond Funding for Growth Scheme" launched by the National Bank of Hungary, in the course of which the company successfully issued bonds with the aggregate face value of HUF 9.9 billion.
