MOL signed an agreement with OMV to acquire its 92.25% shareholding in OMV Slovenija, operator of the 2nd largest fuel retail network in Slovenia .
*Deloitte acted as MOL’s financial and tax advisor in the transaction.
* The transaction closed on 30 June 2023, after obtaining the necessary regulatory approvals.
