CIB Bank (the Hungarian subsidiary of the Intesa SanPaolo Group) sold a loan portfolio consisting of non-performing retail mortgage loans.Deloitte provided transaction advisory services to CIB Bank.
Our Expert's thoughts:
"Due to the successful sale of CIB Bank's NPL portfolio in 2017, the Bank decided to sell their remaining NPL retail mortgage portfolio. The transaction - similarly to the previous portfolio sale - has been closed with the great satisfaction of our client. As a result of the transaction, our client's retail mortgage NPL ratio has been further decreased."
