"TIGAZ is a leading Hungarian gas distribution company. When they decided to sell their free market gas retail portfolio, the greatest challenge was to structure the deal. Selling client contracts as a portfolio is a complex legal process. As financial advisor, our role was to facilitate the process and support the legal experts with sector specific experience. As a result the deal was closed with marginal client churn."
