E.ON SE

Audax Renovables has acquired 100% of electricity trading company E.ON Energiakereskedelmi Kft. The deal comprises a portfolio of more than 82,000 business clients, large and medium companies, a significant market share in the Hungarian electricity market.

During the transaction Deloitte provided financial, tax and carve-out related strategic advisory services to E.ON SE.
