Vodafone Europe B.V. has entered into an agreement to sell 100% of its ownership stake in Vodafone Hungary Zrt. to Antenna Hungaria Zrt., a subsidiary of 4iG Nyrt., and Corvinus International Investment Zrt. Vodafone Hungary is the 2nd largest converged telecommunication player on the Hungarian market. Deloitte provided due diligence services, separation planning and Day 1 preparation services to Vodafone throughout the Transaction.
