Corvinus Nemzetközi Befektetési Zrt. entered into an agreement with the Talanx Group to acquire a 66.9% stake in Magyar Posta Biztosító Zrt. and Magyar Posta Életbiztosító Zrt., which offer non-life and life insurance products in Hungary. The agreement was signed in December 2022, and the transaction was completed in April 2023. Deloitte acted as the lead financial advisor to Corvinus International Investment Ltd. throughout the transaction.
