Szallas Group & Wirtualna Polska Holding

Wirtualna Polska Holding, a company listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, acquired Szallas Group, the operator of Szallas.hu and a leading accommodation booking platform in the Central and Eastern European region. Upon closing of the transaction, the e-commerce and media group paid approximately EUR 82 million to PortfoLion Capital Partners and other shareholders. Deloitte performed vendor-side financial, tax and legal due diligence for Szallas Group.
