Gránit Bank Zrt.

Gránit Bank Zrt. acquired 100% ownership of De Lage Landen Finance Zrt. and De Lage Landen Leasing Kft., both operating in Hungary, from the Netherlands-based DLL Group. The parties did not disclose the details of the transaction. The transaction was closed in July 2024, after which the companies began operating under the names Gránit Pénzügyi Lízing Zrt. and Gránit Lízing Kft. Deloitte acted as a buy-side advisor and supported Gránit Bank during the transaction process.
