Erste Bank Hungary has acquired the Hungarian subsidiary of Commerzbank AG, Commerzbank Zrt. Deloitte provided comprehensive project management services and migration support to Commerzbank AG to facilitate the separation of its Hungarian subsidiary and the transfer of local operations to Erste Bank.
