Stanley serves as Deloitte’s Global & US Energy, Resources & Industrials (ER&I) Industry Leader. He oversees and drives the development and execution of the overall ER&I strategy across all geographies and businesses, including more than 44,000 professionals and serving close to 75% of the Global Fortune 500 clients. The ER&I industry practice represents the Industrial Products & Construction; Oil, Gas & Chemicals; Mining & Metals, and Power, Utilities & Renewables sectors. Stanley has more than 30 years of industry and global client leader experience, and has worked with some of the largest names in the industry on a range of business issues, assisting client executives in strategy, restructuring, mergers, operations optimization, and technology adoption. Dedicated to helping clients navigate the fourth Industrial Revolution and transitioning to a lower carbon future, Stanley has worked with clients to become more sustainable, develop decarbonizing strategies and energy-efficient solutions that address rising environmental and social challenges. He has published several articles on ESG, sustainable strategies, and smart energy management strategies for industrials. Stanley is proud to serve on the Millstein Center for Global Markets & Governance Board of Advisors, United States Energy Association Board of Directors, Boys & Girls Club of Greater Washington Board of Directors, and the Afterschool Alliance Board of Directors. Jean-Louis Rassineux is the Deloitte Global Industrial Products & Construction (IP&C) Sector Leader, working with our IP&C practitioners around the world to help manufacturing, aerospace and defense (A&D), and engineering and construction companies address complex business problems. He has more than 30 years of consulting experience, including in product lifecycle management, finance and HR transformation, supply chain and logistics, program management, and strategy definition. Having worked with some of the largest names in the sector, Jean-Louis currently focuses on innovation and the impact of digital on A&D organizations. Based in Paris, he is an active member of A&D associations and participates in such major events as the Paris Air Show and the Farnborough International Airshow.

Ajai is a Managing Director in Deloitte and advises clients leveraging his industry expertise coupled with a clear focus on business outcomes that drive client decisions. Over the last two decades, he has been advising senior client management help develop executable strategies, optimize operational effectiveness & efficiency, and deliver strategic digital transformation solutions. Ajai has a proven track record in global business development, operations/business strategy advisory and non-traditional approaches to creating client value. Ajai currently leads Deloitte’s Smart Factory Network Globally and focused on creating a network of Smart Factories that learn, collaborate and work together to spur innovation and growth for our clients globally. Ajai holds an M.B.A. from the University of Michigan, an M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Wayne State University, and a B.E in Mechanical Engineering from Mangalore University, India.

As a partner, Oliver Bendig is responsible for mechanical and plant engineering and is an internationally recognized expert in after-sales and customer service. For more than 20 years, he has been advising his clients very successfully from strategy development and implementation to the joint realization of the results. His activities focus on growth programs, service excellence, pricing, performance optimization and digital transformations. He is a member of the Advisory Board of ISLA (the world's leading network of service leaders) and a Senior Advisor to the Investment Committee of the Shenzhen, China region.

Britta Mittlefehldt leads the Smart Factory as Director. Her professional specializations include Digital Operations, Manufacturing Excellence and Supply Chain Management. Britta has 10 years of consulting experience in optimizing production and engineering processes within the manufacturing industry. Previously, she worked as a plant manager in industry for several years.
