Zoltán is an AI Manager in the Technology & Transformation practice at Deloitte, with over 15 years of experience in digital transformation, project management, and organizational development. In his current role, he is responsible both for supporting the enterprise adoption of AI-based solutions and for leading complex business and technology programs in large corporate and SME environments.
His professional focus lies in connecting AI strategy and implementation with organizational operations: he combines project management, change management, and governance perspectives with practical AI delivery. He has extensive experience in applying Generative AI, large language models (LLMs), intelligent automation (RPA, Power Platform, AI Builder), and Python-based solutions, particularly with a focus on improving business efficiency and driving value creation.
Previously, he held the role of AI Transformation Lead at E.ON Hungária Zrt., where he built an AI team from scratch, defined operational KPIs and technology stacks, and delivered scalable AI solutions from both business and IT perspectives. At MBH Bank Nyrt., he worked as an AI Product Owner and Innovation Manager, responsible for the risk, regulatory, and operational review of GenAI use cases, as well as for establishing AI risk management and governance frameworks. At Forvia Electronics, as a Digital Transformation Lead, he translated a global digital roadmap into local initiatives that created measurable business value.
As a leader, he is experienced in team building, mentoring, and knowledge sharing; his key strength is bridging the gap between technology and people, effectively “translating” AI into business, leadership, and operational language. His work is characterized by strong business acumen, structured thinking, and a governed approach to AI implementation.
