Tímea leads Deloitte Hungary’s HR Consulting practice. Her areas of expertise include Employee Experience, HR digitalization, culture transformation, and leadership development.
In her work, she supports organizational and HR transformations, with a particular focus on the human and cultural dimensions of technological change. Her key areas of focus include enhancing the digital employee experience and exploring how artificial intelligence is transforming the way we work, leadership roles, and collaboration between human and AI-powered teams.
In addition to her consulting experience, Tímea spent five years in a startup environment, where she led a sales team. This experience has given her first-hand leadership and business experience in fast-paced, growth-oriented organizations.
