Gabriella leads Deloitte’s M&A Tax group. She joined Deloitte in 2011 after spending seven years with another Big Four firm.
In her role, Gabriella primarily provides tax advisory services to multinational companies investing in Hungary, with a particular focus on corporate taxation and international tax matters. She has extensive professional experience in mergers and acquisitions as well as international tax planning projects, advising both Hungarian and multinational corporate groups. She has led numerous tax due diligence engagements across a variety of industries, including the financial services and manufacturing sectors.
