Aliz Wulcz is a member of the corporate and M&A department of Deloitte Legal Hungary. She is an attorney-at-law, member of the Budapest Bar Association.
Aliz graduated from Eötvös Loránd University the as lawyer in 2020.
Prior to joining Deloitte Legal Hungary in 2025, Aliz worked at other international law firms.
Aliz specializes in corporate law, with a particular focus on advising private equity funds and start-up clients in cross-border M&A transactions and restructurings. She has significant experience representing clients in the infrastructure, real estate, and technology sectors in the Central and Eastern European region.
She speaks fluent English and German on an intermediate level.
