Alexandra is a Senior AI and Robotics Expert in Deloitte’s Technology Consulting practice. With a background in banking management economics, she has led numerous international projects supporting the risk management and redesign of banking processes.
Her experience in AI and robotics focuses on identifying AI application opportunities, ensuring regulatory compliance, developing AI risk management systems, and leading the human-centered development of RAG-based generative AI Virtual Assistants.
Her research areas include establishing the foundations of banking robotics, the phenomenon of AI labeling, as well as the robotics economy and the anthropomorphization of humanoid robots.
Alexandra is an experienced and trusted AI advisor, specializing in regulatory compliance related to the EU AI Act, ISO 42001:2023, and ethical AI practices. As an expert, she leads projects across Central Europe that help organizations—primarily banks—develop and implement AI risk management frameworks.
Her core areas of expertise include AI system risk categorization, the development of AI taxonomies, supporting the design of organization-specific AI literacy training, formulating organizational AI strategies and policies, as well as designing internal AI governance structures and supporting organizational restructuring strategies.
