Whistleblowing reports are the most common source of misconduct detection within the organization. With the issuance of the EU Directive 2019/1937 and its transposition to the Greek Law 4990/2022, whistleblowing programs have become mandatory for organizations and companies that operate in Greece. The regulatory framework sets requirements on how these programs should operate and are applicable to any entity or organization that has more than 50 employees.
