Wisdom Kpano has over 12 years of experience spanning the areas of international tax, regulatory compliance, and business tax. He specialises in cross-border tax advisory, M&A and regulatory services, where he provides advice to local and multinational companies investors on transaction structuring and inbound investments into Ghana.
He brings on board significant industry expertise and commercial awareness, having served several multinational and large local companies across industries including the consumer, financial services, oil and gas, and mining. Wisdom is passionate about providing innovative solutions to our clients to address complex business challenges with a focus on tax risk management and business optimisation.
Wisdom is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana (ICAG) and the Chartered Institute of Taxation, Ghana (CITG). He also holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B. Com) degree from the University of Cape Coast, an MBA (Finance) from the University of Ghana, and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA).
