Deloitte appoints new Partner

Gloria Boye-Doku: Partner, Tax & Regulatory Services

Deloitte Ghana is pleased to announce the appointment of Gloria Boye-Doku as a Partner of the firm, effective 1 June 2020.

Gloria joined Deloitte Ghana in 2008 as a Tax Associate and has been a critical pillar in the growth of our Tax & Regulatory business. In particular, she led the development and growth of the Global Employer Services (GES), Immigration and Regulatory Services in Ghana and has developed strong business relationships with our key clients.

Gloria has a broad range of experience covering Business Tax, International Tax, and GES (Global Mobility, Expatriate and Payroll Services). She was seconded to the Deloitte London Office, United Kingdom in 2016 and is currently a member of the Deloitte Global GES of the Future Leadership network. She is the Business Unit Risk Leader for Tax & Regulatory Services in Ghana and has played essential roles in protecting our brand from risk, independence, regulatory and legal threats.

Gloria is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Master’s degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Professional Studies Accra (UPSA). She is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA) and the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana (ICAG). Gloria is a member of the Communication and Publication Committee of Ghana’s Institute of Chartered Accountants.

As Partner responsible for GES, Regulatory & Immigration Services in Ghana, Gloria will continue to support the Lead Tax Partner in Ghana in executing our strategic vision of building our desired preeminent Tax & Regulatory business in the region and our journey toward undisputed leadership in Professional Services across West Africa.
