Jordan Eizenga

Jordan is a Partner in the Infrastructure team in Toronto. He works primarily with financial  investors, including pension funds, infrastructure private equity funds, independent power producers  and strategic investors. Assignments have included buy and sell-side M&A processes, commercial due  diligence, greenfield development, debt and equity financing, and transaction execution. Jordan also works for select government clients on public policy and related mandates.
