Sustainability Reporting

At a time when sustainability is becoming an essential part of the company's identity and relationship with customers, investors and employees, well-prepared reporting is primarily a strategic communication tool. It helps to clearly express your organization's values, show the impact of your activities, and build trust based on transparency.

Our service focuses on creating value-oriented ESG reporting – from the common definition of a meaningful strategy and policies, through the setting of processes and data procedures, to the preparation of the report itself according to selected standards (ESRS, VSME, ISSB, GRI). We help companies use reporting not only to meet formal requirements, but above all as an opportunity to show their story, ambitions and responsible decision-making.

Our approach:
  • Baseline assessment – analysis of the existing ESG strategy, organizational structure and background materials.
  • Materiality evaluation – identification of impact, financial or dual materiality according to selected standards.
  • Metrics and KPIs – identification of key ESG metrics based on selected areas.
  • ESG data – review of the existing data collection process, definition of roles and responsibilities, setting clear guidelines, implementation of tools and schedule, support in automating data collection.
  • Structuring the report in accordance with selected standards:

ESRS (European Sustainability Reporting Standards)

VSME (Voluntary reporting standard for SMEs)

IFRS S1/S2 (IFRS Sustainability Disclosure Standards)

GRI (Global Reporting Initiative)

  • Drafting of the text part and internal consultation and review of the final form – preparation of a clear and consistent text of the report, continuous cooperation with internal stakeholders and final language check.
  • Graphic design – professional visual form of the report, including infographics, data visualizations and overall layout.
  • Recommendations for external communication – specific suggestions on how to use the key messages of the report in PR, marketing and other communication channels.
