Social responsibility is in our DNA. It is part of our strategies, corporate culture, and values. We approach it systematically, which is why we have anchored it in four pillars: WorldClass, WorldClimate, DEI, and Impact Every Day.

We are committed to supporting sustainable development in the areas of education, the environment, diversity and inclusion, while motivating our employees to participate in corporate volunteering. That is why the initiatives of the individual pillars often overlap, naturally generating a greater positive impact on society.

Impact Fairs

One of the highlights of our Impact Fairs is the chance for our employees to meet our non profit organizations that we have established long-standing partnerships with in person. This face-to-face interaction allows for meaningful connections to be formed and a deeper understanding of the important work being done by these organizations.
