Andreas Andreou

Andreas is an Audit & Assurance partner, in charge of the Nicosia office and he leads the Assurance Business. Andreas is also the Insurance Industry Leader for Deloitte Cyprus.

Andreas is also the National Professional Practice Director (NPPD) and Head of Audit Quality for Deloitte Cyprus and member of the Audit Quality Board of Deloitte Middle East (DME). He is an IFRS Specialist, leading many large IFRS17 implementation projects and very often, he provides technical support and consultations on the application of IFRSs. He also facilitates various technical seminars, both internally and externally.

Andreas was a member of the ICPAC council for three years until June 2018, after having served for five years as the Vice-Chairman and member of the Accounting Standards Committee of ICPAC.
