What is ISO 9001:2015?


ISO 9001:2015 specifies requirements for a quality management system where an organisation:

  • needs to demonstrate its ability to consistently provide product that meets client and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements, and
  • aims to enhance client satisfaction through the effective application of the system, including processes for continual improvement of the system and the assurance of conformity to client and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.

All requirements of ISO 9001:2015 are generic and are intended to be applicable to all organisations, regardless of type, size and product provided.

Deloitte's Accreditation


On 14 December 2023 the external review evaluation of our firm’s quality systems, carried out by the Cyprus Certification Company (CSC), was completed successfully. The evaluation confirmed that our quality management system fully meets the requirements of the standard CYS EN ISO 9001:2015. The result reaffirmed our firm’s relentless dedication to quality and client satisfaction.

Deloitte’s Offices Today

Deloitte LLP had about 1,200 employees on the 83rd through 101st floor of One World Trade Center in New York at the time of the 1993 terrorist bombing. The firm was the only tenant that did not return after the building’s refurbishment and had to pay a substantial penalty for terminating its lease early. Deloitte had planned to leave the complex at the end of its lease in 1995, anyway, but Deloitte LLP Chairman J. Michael Cook said the decision to depart “was accelerated by the bombing. . . . The idea of moving back, only to move out again, did not make sense.”
