A new cohort of startups has been chosen by ARIS, A Really Inspiring Space, to join the Accelerator starting this fall! Following an open call for applications launched in the summer and the evaluation, which was completed in two phases, ARIS is opening its doors to six resident teams that have been accepted in the programme. The startups range from different sectors such as health, financial, and educational technology. All the startups received a warm welcome by the ARIS team during the kick-off meeting, which took place at ARIS’ inspirational co-working space in Limassol, on Monday 4th October 2021.
The new cohort of startup teams will enjoy invaluable learning opportunities and advice, transfer of knowledge, exposure and connections to various stakeholders and industry partners, and access to the startup ecosystem throughout their residency, in order to fine-tune their business model and accelerate their go-to-market strategy.
ARIS, a non-profit organisation co-founded and generously funded by the Bank of Cyprus and Deloitte Cyprus, is in its fourth year of operation and offers valuable resources and support to aspiring entrepreneurs with innovative applications and solutions to grow quickly. The organisation has actively supported at least 15 startups since its launch in 2018, with guidance, mentorship, free shared working space, peer-to-peer support, and networking opportunities. Despite restrictions and challenges during the pandemic, ARIS was able to adapt and offer the program in a hybrid mode.
Stay tuned to learn more about the startups and the challenges they are eager to solve through an exciting entrepreneurial journey.
