Oracle Customer Experience specialist, Ekulus, joins Deloitte

23 September 2020: Professional services firm Deloitte has further strengthened its market leading Oracle team, with the announcement today that the founders and staff of Melbourne-headquartered technology consulting business, Ekulus Consulting, will join the firm’s Consulting Enterprise Technology practice on 1st of October.

The Ekulus team works with clients that need to efficiently and effectively maximise customer interactions to deliver great customer experience via modern digital engagement capabilities. They are deep specialists in using Oracle Enterprise Cloud, particularly the Oracle CX Cloud suite, and have been awarded for consecutive years Australia & New Zealand Oracle CX Cloud Partner of the Year in 2018 and 2019, Asia Pacific CX Service Partner of the Year 2019, as well as being recognised as one of the Top 10 Oracle Solutions Providers in APAC for 2020 by APAC CIO Outlook.

Ekulus’ personnel will join Deloitte Consulting’s Enterprise Technology practice, with Managing Director Marcelo Scalia joining as a partner and Delivery Director, Moorthy Rengarajulu, as a principal. The Ekulus’ Australia team will join Deloitte offices in Melbourne, Brisbane and Sydney.
