Deloitte’s Innovation & Entrepreneurship Centre participates in a newly approved project funded by the European Programme ERASMUS+ “Strategic Partnerships” Action, named “Developing advanced master’s education based on Smart Grid technology” (Acronym: MOST - Master educatiOn Smart Technology).
The project's objective is to develop an Innovative Advanced Master’s Course on the important topic of Smart Grids, while its ultimate aim is to improve the quality and relevance of higher education to the labour market needs in relation to the smart grid infrastructure and operation. The new course will cover all aspects of the smart grid integration (market, policy, models, technologies etc.), thus enabling students to develop skills and competences that are of relevance to the market.
The Consortium led by the University of Cagliari, consists of seven (7) organisations from four (5) different countries of the EU, that will work closely together for the next 36 months in order to implement this interesting project. The project’s first kick-off meeting was organised by the University of Cagliari in Sardinia, on 30 October 2018, where all the partners had the opportunity to provide insights about the existing situation in their country, information about their organisations’ practices, and exchange views about the actual project development phase and agree on the next steps.
