Commenting on the appointment of the two new partners, Pieris Markou, CEO of Deloitte Cyprus, mentions: “For a large organisation such as ours, it takes a strong leadership team to achieve our ambitious purpose, and I am confident that both of our new partners will contribute significantly to our goals”.
Referring to Michaelides, Markou explains that the admission to partnership is a recognition of his contribution to the firm’s business priorities, his leadership skills, his role in the development of Deloitte’s tax services and the creation of strong relationships with clients.
Regarding Nicolaidou, he states that with her experience and breadth of know how, she will play an instrumental role in the firm’s expansion of legal services to the Financial Services sector, through Hadjianastassiou, Ioannides LLC.
“I would like to congratulate Michael and Calliopi for their new role. I look forward to working together for the continuous expansion of our services to clients, the development of our people, and our impactful contribution to the market and our community”, says Markou in closing.
