Christina Themistocleous

Christina is a Director at Deloitte Cyprus, specialising in learning and development. She leads the Deloitte Academy, where she is responsible for the learning strategy and business operations. Her vision is to offer impactful seminars to support professionals in growing their careers and organisations in engaging in meaningful professional development. Christina delivers seminars on leadership, communication, presentation skills, time and stress management, and other technical subjects across Cyprus, Europe, and the Middle East. She is also part of the faculty team at Deloitte University in Paris and is an HRDA-approved facilitator.

In addition to her role at the Academy, Christina provides consulting services to clients across various industries, focusing on establishing in-house academies, governance arrangements, strategy and implementation, executive group coaching, and assessment centres.

Before her current role, Christina was a Director in the Risk Advisory department, managing numerous engagements and providing advisory services, including FATCA, CRS, DAC 6, AML, GDPR, Control Assurance, Extended Enterprise Risk Management, and Internal Audit Services.

Christina holds a BSc in Accounting and Finance, is an Associate Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA), a Member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC), and a Certified Information Privacy Professional/Europe.
