Agis specialises in advising companies on Cyprus tax compliance issues as well as international taxation and planning and he is in charge of various consulting projects that include advising international business companies on structuring their tax affairs in a tax efficient manner. He also participated in a number of taxation due diligence projects both involving Cyprus tax resident companies as well as international groups based abroad.
