Rachel is a partner within the Tax business at Deloitte Malta where she leads the International Tax service line.
Rachel specialises in international tax consulting, advising local and multinational clients across a range of industries, with a particular focus on group restructurings, inbound investment structuring and private equity investments.
From a project management perspective, Rachel has overseen numerous engagements varying in size, budget and team composition. Her portfolio includes complex projects requiring significant coordination across multiple team members.
Rachel has served as one of the Deans for the Deloitte Global Tax Conference from 2023 to 2026, and acts as the International Tax Learning Leader for the EMEA region. Rachel has recently been appointed President of the Malta Institute of Taxation.
Following the completion of her postgraduate studies, she worked as a teaching assistant at the International Tax Centre in Leiden. Rachel has been admitted to the Maltese Bar and is a member of the Malta Chamber of Advocates. She is also a member of the Malta Institute of Taxation and of the Malta Institute of Financial Services Practitioners. Furthermore, Rachel is the Secretary of the Malta Institute of Taxation.
