Marc is the Chief Executive of Deloitte in Malta where he is responsible for its strategic direction, delivering value to clients and making an impact in the community.
Marc joined Deloitte in 1994 immediately after graduating in Accountancy from the University of Malta. He began his career in the audit function before moving to the tax practice, where he played a key role in developing Deloitte Malta’s international tax services. Marc was appointed leader of the Tax service line on 1 January 2014, a position he held until becoming Deloitte Malta CEO in January 2020.
With over 20 years of experience specialising in taxation, Marc has advised clients across multiple industry sectors on cross-border transactions and operations. He has been a Director at Deloitte since 2004 and continues to lead significant client relationships and stakeholder engagements. Marc is also a member of the executive committee of Deloitte Central Mediterranean.
As CEO, Marc is responsible for setting Deloitte Malta’s strategic direction, delivering value to clients, and making a positive impact in the community.
