Craig leads Deloitte Malta’s Tax Mergers & Acquisitions team.
Craig joined Deloitte Malta’s Tax business in 2003 and was highly involved in Deloitte’s Corporate Direct Tax Compliance Team for a number of years. He currently works on various advisory and compliance projects mainly relating to corporate groups’ shareholding and operational restructuring, and mergers and acquisitions.
