2026 Theme: AI × Organization — AI-Driven Organizational Evolution and Intelligent Transformation
We stand at the starting point of an AI-driven productivity revolution. In 2026, which marks the 10th anniversary of Deloitte Digital Camp, the competition will focus on professional services scenarios. Participants will become “future work architects,” designing and developing AI-powered solutions for diverse business scenarios. The goal is to redefine how humans and machines collaborate, transforming teams from traditional operations to intelligent cooperation.

Event Highlights
- Generous Prizes: Winning teams will receive up to RMB20,000 in cash, with new individual awards added for 2026.
- Career Opportunities: Advancing past the preliminary round grants priority interview opportunities for Deloitte internships and graduate opportunities. Outstanding finalists will access a fast-track hiring channel to kickstart their careers with Deloitte.

Application & Event Schedule
- Application Period: 10 March-14 April 2026
- Eligibility: Current university students of any year or major. Applications should be submitted individually. All students interested in exploring the digital ecosystem are welcome!
- Topic Release: Detailed topics and mentor information will be announced within three weeks after application
- Team Formation: Mid-late April 2026
- Attend mentor sharing sessions → Select preferred topics → Submit preliminary proposals → Mentors select team members
- Team Empowerment: Early May 2026, mentors provide full guidance for the sprint
- Online Preliminary Round: Mid-May 2026, five finalist teams will be selected
- Earn “2026 Deloitte Digital Camp Excellence Certificate”
- Mentor recommendations may lead to early internship or campus recruitment opportunities
- Offline Final: Late May 2026, live competition for top prizes
- Finalists will gather at Deloitte University Asia Pacific China in Beijing for the ultimate showdown, engaging in thought-provoking exchanges and networking with Deloitte partners, top academics, and peers
