Overview

Independent Non-Executive Directors (INEDs) play a crucial role in a listed issuer's governance, constituting at least one-third of the board's composition. Their primary responsibility is to deliver sound and independent judgment, thereby promoting high standards of corporate governance. INEDs utilize balanced perspectives fueled by extensive industry insights, legal and regulatory expertise, financial literacy, and the ability to flag corporate risks from both insiders' and outsiders' perspectives.

What We Offer

Since the establishment in 2012, we have organized events and draw on the business experience of Deloitte’s professional services specializations and selected external speakers in relevant fields. Our goal is to provide INEDs with insights and approaches to help them appropriately challenge and support the companies they serve, thereby enhancing business performance, corporate responsibility, and shareholder and social value.
