Deloitte China assists listing of MOMENTA on SEHK
Deloitte China supported the listing of MOMENTA GLOBAL LIMITED - W ("MOMENTA", stock code: 06880.HK) on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong on 8 July 2026.
In this global offering, MOMENTA offered 19,938,300 shares at an offer price of HKD295.60 per share, raising approximately HKD5.894 billion (excluding funds that may be raised after the exercise of its over-allotment option).

MOMENTA is an autonomous driving ("AD") company founded in 2016, dedicated to achieving scalable autonomous driving through breakthrough AI technology. The company employs a data-driven "One Flywheel, Two-Leg" product strategy (the deployment of AD solutions for mass-produced vehicles + the development of a scalable, driverless AD mobility and logistics business), offering AD solutions ranging from L2+ to L4.

MOMENTA has also entered into strategic cooperation with many global mobility platforms, as well as automobile manufacturer to jointly advance the commercial deployment of robotaxi in both domestic and international markets, currently starting to operate in Asia, Europe, and the Middle East.
According to China Insights Consultancy, MOMENTA ranked No.1 among independent Urban Navigation on Autopilot (NOA) solution providers globally by sales volume in the trailing 12 months as of 28 February 2026.
