Deloitte China assists listing of Micot Pharma on SEHK

1st IPO listed under 18A of Hong Kong Stock Exchange by a Xi'an pharmaceutical company

Deloitte China supported the listing of Shaanxi Micot Pharmaceutical Technology Co., Ltd. - B (Micot Pharma, stock code: 02335.HK) on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong (SEHK) on 24 June 2026. This is the 1st IPO listed under Chapter 18A of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Main Board Listing Rules (biotech companies) by a Xi’an pharmaceutical company.

In this global offering, Micot Pharma offered 58,054,400 shares at an offer price of HKD18.20 per share, raising approximately HKD1.06 billion.
