Yoana Ognyanova

Yoana Ognyanova is currently a Senior Consultant in Deloitte’s Global Investment and Innovation Incentives (Gi3) team. Yoana has 5 years of experience in the public and private sector in the field of European programs for funding. Her experience covers elaboration, management, and successful reporting of projects on the European Structural and Investment Fund, centralized programs of the EU, the Norwegian Financial Mechanism and territorial cooperation programs Interreg. She has a solid grasp of regulations for the management of funds from the European Funds, strategy and programming, control and management systems, implementation of innovative models for green and circular economy, integrated territorial investments, elaboration of successful project concept, budgeting, technical and financial implementation.

She has a PhD Degree in Economics and Management from the University of the National and World Economy.
