Sylwia Zychewicz

Sylwia joined Deloitte in 2020 and she is responsible for coordination of valuation services. She has over 10 years’ experience in commercial real estate. Prior to joining Deloitte she worked at Knight Frank - international commercial Real Estate Agency, where she started her career in Valuation Department. She was responsible for coordinating and preparing appraisals of commercial and residential properties / portfolios in accordance with Polish law, RICS, IVS and TEGOVA standards for Banks, Investment Funds and developers. She also participated in preparation of development appraisals, feasibility studies and market analysis.

She is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and a Polish Licensed Valuer.
