Michal is a member of the Deloitte Poland Management Committee and the Partner in Charge of Financial Advisory, a service line comprising M&A Corporate Finance, Infrastructure & Capital Projects, Debt Capital Advisory, Transaction Services, Valuation & Modelling and Value Creation Services businesses. He continue to spend a significant proportion of my time leading our most important M&A transactions and actively engaging with a broad array of clients with special focus on private equity.
