Monika Plocke

Monika Plocke leads the Core Business Operations Portfolio at Deloitte CE Consulting.

Monika is a senior executive with nearly 30 years of experience in FSI and Telco. Throughout that time, she was responsible for developing, running and transforming large IT organizations in the international environment. She was also in charge of several transformation programs related with mergers and acquisitions, agile transformations and numerous complex IT systems implementations.  She started a greenfield IT company  delivering outsourcing services to one of the largest Polish banks.  She has setup and developed a delivery center for one of the international banks.

• Running IT development  for Retail, SME and Wealth Management Nordea Sweden, Finnland, Norway, Danmark and Poland
• Definition, development and Implementation of  the Target Operating Model for Nordea IT Retail and Corporate at Nordea Nordics (3500 FTE in scope )
• CIO at Nordea Poland and Baltic Countries  in charge of e2e IT development, maintenance and  technology for Poland  (300FTEs)
• CEO at  Nordea IT Polska – delivering  services including  development, migration and production delivered to PKO BP as part of a merger of Nordea Polska with PKO BP
• EURO transformation in core banking system  (Temenos T24) in Nordea Bank Latvia, Lithuania & Estonia
• AT&T and Lucent technologies - hardware and system development
