Mihnea Galgotiu-Sararu

I am the Head of our Dispute Resolution practice (covering civil, commercial & administrative disputes), the Head of the regional Dispute Resolution group (that reunites the leaders of the Dispute Resolution practices within Deloitte Central Europe) and also a member of the Global Steering Committee on Dispute Resolution within Deloitte Legal. During my experience in business law (more than 13 years), I acted as first chair for many market-leading clients and coordinated large teams in “bet-the-firm litigation” projects and high-profile cases before both international arbitration panels and local courts or authorities. I have extensive experience in international arbitration proceedings, as well as in multi-jurisdictional litigation projects and focuses on antitrust cases and substantial experience in debt recovery procedures and in investigating contractual frauds and also expert on Romanian procedural law before international arbitration panels (e.g., before the London Court of International Arbitration).
