Joanna has been leading Deloitte Tax and Legal practice in Central Europe since 1 June 2020. She is Indirect Tax Partner based in Warsaw.
Joanna is an experienced professional in VAT customs and excise duty advice. This involves assisting clients to solve strategic problems, formulating alternative transaction flows, developing the most efficient tax structures and also advising them with regard to the correct fiscal policy.
She has over 20-year experience in tax and fiscal law advisory in companies of Big Four. In the course of work, she is taken part in a number of projects for international companies operating in Poland.
Joanna was leading Indirect tax practice in Deloitte Central Europe for more than 7 years . During this period she cooperated with Indirect tax professionals from 18 DCE countries also supervising projects for clients outside Poland in particular in Romania and Bulgaria.
