Dominika is a Project & Programme Manager with strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies and expertise in eCommerce and Omnichannel. Depending on the project need she has also previously fulfilled the roles of Scrum Master, Product Owner, Product Manager and SAFe Epic Owner. She excels at communication and effective team coordination, plus has a knack for foreign languages and visual cohesion. Having led multiple projects in international environments, she easily adapts to change, is able to deliver results within tight deadlines and has no difficulty working under time pressure.
During her previous engagement, she gained substantial experience in creating and negotiating multiparty contracts as well as leading teams implementing complex initiatives requiring input from multiple independent teams/parties. She has a solid background in project management and team set up.
